The constitution and rules with the League were contained within the Environmentally friendly Guide, published by Maulana Mohammad Ali. Its goals at this stage did not include creating an impartial Muslim condition, but alternatively concentrated on safeguarding Muslim liberties and rights, endorsing knowledge between the Muslim Local community as
